United Commerce Bank is a locally owned community bank headquartered in Bloomington, Indiana. We were founded on December 28, 1999, and opened for business on January 31, 2000.

• Our Board is comprised of ten individuals that are very much involved in Bloomington and the local economy, averaging more than twenty-five years of doing business in our community.
• We have over 800 shareholders, with the majority residing in Bloomington.

With this formula, United Commerce Bank has grown to the fifth largest bank in our market in less than 4 years of operation.
